Items that are Ready to Ship will be sent out as soon as next day.. If its a order that we need to make for you we need 2-7 days to process which is make them then we ship out your items. shipping can take from 2-5 days to reach you. Also please keep in mind that order are shipped in the order they are received. we now make wholesale order so your order may be made after a big order was placed.. We do our best to get order made and some fast as possible.. Keep checking email for all shipping and tracking information.
return & exchange policy
There is NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.Nails are Made to order so please make sure you have all the correct sizing information. if you ordered ready to ship please keep in mind they are random sizes and they are not made to order. they are already made sets.this is why we highly recommend you order sizing kits to make sure you order the correct size.
